INSOMNIA

Mind becomes restless
Chasing dreams and illusions
Toss, turn, toss and turn.

  2. Dear Amity,
    NAMASTE!
    Good Morning!
When we pray before we sleep,
When we listen to soft music,
    When we read good books,
We can get sound and goodnight's sleep.
    The pictures are too good.
    Wishing you a beautiful Sunday,
    Sasneham,
    Anu

  3. Restless minds do keep us awake that's sure.
Sometimes I do as Anu does, praying through my prayer list calms my restless mind.

  6. Hello Dear Anu;

Yeah, what you told me all help one to get a sound sleep, but at times we can't keep insomnia away from us. There are moments when one suffers from it, consistently.

Thanks for the wonderful advise and comments.

I wish you also a wonderful week ahead...

    Love,

    Amity

  12. Hi Amity,
Indeed tossing and turning. I know as I travel internationally the 12-13 hour time zone changes with travel to Asia really mess up your sleeping. I have learned not to fight it, but to relax even if not able to sleep.

I appreciate your comments on my blog. You are way too kind. I am just some guy who squeezes some writing in each week among other work commitments and travel. There are so many good writers on OSI and other sites. I don't know how they find the time for all the dialogue and verse. Maybe a book one day, who knows. My best, Rob.
