God's lovely creations
Give joy to tired and worn soul
Rejoice at these gifts
Notes on the photos: I took these photos yesterday, in my best friend's house. A few years back, I grew these Euphorbias in front of our house, but when the owner reclaimed the area I had been temporarily using to put up their residential home, it made me sad to give up the hobby I had enjoyed so much.
One pot of a newly propagated variety would cost me from 300p to 500 pesos the most. I was Euphorbia- crazy back then. I learned that these flowering plants thrived best in tropical countries like Philippines. It is learnt that these beautiful plants came from Thailand some ten years back. I still have more photos to share, come next week. These are just some of the varieties.

ReplyDelete'I know not which I love the most, Nor which the comeliest shows, The timid, bashful violet Or the royal-hearted rose: The pansy in purple dress, The pink with cheek of red, Or the faint, fair heliotrope, who hangs, Like a bashful maid her head'-Phoeb Cary
