Sense and Sensibility

Heart, mind and soul in turmoil
Drowning in a myriad of emotions
Clamoring to come to terms with reality
Then a stark realization ~
Cognizance!

Written for One Single Impression (Prompt: Cognizance)

  1. We don't see things as they are but see things as we are.
Awareness is looking at reality without assumptions.Coming to terms with reality is everything about cognisance.Amity has brought this out succinctly in her short but sweet verse.
