P for Paint

If I could only paint a  rainbow across the sky

I'd leisurely start  it with bright RED

Showing the life and love I've happily led

If I could only paint a  rainbow across the sky

I'd unhurriedly paint it with luscious ORANGE

Symbolic of my mental strength and endurance

If I could only paint a  rainbow across the sky

I'd easily paint it with a rising sun of bright YELLOW

Keeping me in everlasting  joy and abundant  energy

If I could only paint a  rainbow across the sky

I'd gently paint it with a hopeful GREEN

Reflecting my life of freshness and harmony

If I could only paint a  rainbow across the sky

I'd relaxingly paint it with a subtle BLUE

Creating in me a feeling of depth and stability

If I could only paint a  rainbow across the sky

I'd happily paint it with a deep midnight sky of INDIGO

Inspiring me to work for  a life of luxury and nobility

If I could only paint a rainbow across the sky

I'd cheerfully paint it with my Amethyst in VIOLET

Creating in me that deep inner peace worn like an anklet

ROYGBIV...the beautiful colors of the rainbow...

Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet 

My teacher taught me as a kid  the Mnemonic

Now I know that it means more than colors

That life is a mix hues of beautiful rainbow!
