Of giving up blogging, I don't know why
One day you are high
Other days you are dry
On your lowest you'd let out a cry

Why don't you just write
even when your posts are like a child's
They have loved your place
and your absence will not make them smile
Take your pen and
scribble what comes to mind
It may not be easy,
but don't ask me why
Let your thoughts, feelings
and emotions be your pie
And at the end you will
breath a wonderful sigh.

Yesterday when I started writing my new post,
I didn't have an idea on what I will write!
But when I started with the simple happenings,
Words flowed generously.

You have many around you,
To shower their care and love!
I can relate to your thoughts so well,
At times,i did feel to quit and go,
But I must tell you,dear,
It too shall pass away!

ReplyDeleteOh don't fret, Amity; this happens to everybody who writes. Some call it 'writer's block'. Whatever the name it's called it's just a temporary phase in your writing or blogging life. It's like we can't always be high all the time nor dejected. We go through the usual ups and downs within and without. Just cool it - it will pass and sooner than you think you'll be back on track again with the writing. And don't worry either cos blog friends would understand. They will be here when you're ready to write.
